This is so exciting! I joined Becca's Patreon a few months ago - someone I read (maybe you?) had mentioned her and she sounded interesting, so I watched some of her YouTube videos and found the whole Strengths thing fascinating, along with what looked like very useful writer advice. I've been debating signing up for a coaching session or two, and finding out that you'll soon be one of the available coaches has now pushed me to go for it. I think I'm going to choose a Phrase of the Year for 2024: "To Boldly Go". I've been sitting too long, mentally and physically. I need to get moving and this is the year.

And I love that phrase for your new year! You could make some fun graphics with that to use for inspiration too. :)
Oh, and my word for 2024 is "breakthrough." I want to break through, break out, and break free from the masks, shells, and fears that hold me back. Might be my word of the decade, lol.

What incredible news! You are going to make a great coach! My top five Clifton strengths are all green. Which makes sense because I over think everything. lol Becca was the one who told me about being an intuitive writer and that truly was game changing.

I did choose a word for 2023: Joy. And I've spent a lot of time this year doing things and looking for things to do that bring me joy. It's been a rewarding experience and has helped me reprioritize my time and what I want to do with my career. I haven't chosen a word for 2024 yet.
Congratulations on your certification! Working on and with my Strengths has really helped me navigate some big changes in the last 5 years. I know you're going to be an awesome coach!
As for a word for 2024, I haven't landed on one that feels quite right for where I'm at in this moment, but I have faith it will come to me. :)
